Disclaimer

1. Content of the online offering
The author accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the topicality, accuracy, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the author relating to damage of a material or non-material nature caused by the use or non-use of the information provided, or by the use of incorrect and incomplete information, are excluded in principle, unless the author is shown to have acted with intent or gross negligence.
All offers are subject to change and non-binding. The author expressly reserves the right to change, supplement or delete parts of the pages or the entire offering without separate notice, or to suspend publication temporarily or permanently.

2. References and links
In the case of direct or indirect references to third-party websites ("hyperlinks") that lie outside the author's area of responsibility, an obligation to accept liability would take effect exclusively in the case in which the author is aware of the content and it would be technically possible and reasonable for the author to prevent use in the event of unlawful content.
The author hereby expressly declares that at the time the links were created, no illegal content was discernible on the pages to be linked. The author has no influence whatsoever on the current and future design, the content or the authorship of the linked pages. The author therefore expressly distances itself from all content of all linked pages that was changed after the links were created. This statement applies to all links and references set within the author's own internet offering as well as to third-party entries in guest books, discussion forums and mailing lists set up by the author. Sole liability for illegal, incorrect or incomplete content, and in particular for damage arising from the use or non-use of information presented in this way, rests with the provider of the page referred to, not with the party who merely refers to the respective publication via links.

3. Copyright and trademark law
In all publications the author endeavours to observe the copyrights of the graphics, audio files, video sequences and texts used, to use graphics, audio files, video sequences and texts created by the author, or to fall back on licence-free graphics, audio files, video sequences and texts.
All brands and trademarks mentioned within the internet offering, and where applicable protected by third parties, are subject without restriction to the provisions of the applicable trademark law and the ownership rights of the respective registered owners. The mere mention of a trademark does not permit the conclusion that it is not protected by the rights of third parties.
The copyright for published objects created by the author remains solely with the author of the pages. Reproduction or use of such graphics, audio files, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the author's express consent.

4. Data Protection
Where the internet offering provides the option of entering personal or business data (email addresses, names, postal addresses), the disclosure of this data by the user takes place on an expressly voluntary basis. The use and payment of all services offered is permitted - as far as technically possible and reasonable - without providing such data, or by providing anonymised data or a pseudonym. The use by third parties of contact data published in the imprint or comparable information, such as postal addresses, telephone and fax numbers and email addresses, for the purpose of sending information that has not been expressly requested is not permitted. Legal action against the senders of so-called spam mail in the event of breaches of this prohibition is expressly reserved.

5. Legal validity of this disclaimer
This disclaimer is to be regarded as part of the internet offering from which reference was made to this page. If parts or individual formulations of this text do not, no longer, or do not completely correspond to the applicable law, the remaining parts of the document remain unaffected in their content and validity.
